I bought a Paceman bowling machine 176XL back in early December 2022. The whole process was smooth from the get-go. My questions before placing the order were answered with accuracy and honesty, and the shipping of my items was quick and well-communicated. The after-sales support was fantastic too. I can’t recommend Little Big Sports enough; they’re a top-notch, professional team.

I’ve got to say, the quality of these items is fantastic, and the service is just as great. I bought a few things and was really impressed. Definitely would recommend!

There's a solid reason to support small businesses, and that's the level of customer care you get compared to the big guys. I ordered an AP6 cricket net, but sadly, the frame arrived damaged. Katie quickly set up a new frame to be sent out the next day, but then we found out the net didn’t fit! She once more arranged for a new net to be delivered, and everything got sorted out. Katie was always available to chat and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was fixed. I truly believe I wouldn’t have gotten the same level of help if I had shopped with a larger retailer; being able to reach out to Katie, who knows her stuff and can talk directly to the manufacturer instead of dealing with a faceless customer service rep, made a huge difference. Even with the initial hiccups, I wouldn’t think twice about shopping with Big Little Sports again. They’re a wonderful business that genuinely cares about their customers, which is such a breath of fresh air.
